Delivery

Please allow 14 days for delivery within the UK. All orders will be posted first class using Royal Mail. We accept no responsibility once the order has been dispatched.
Overseas postage charges available on request.
Non-EU customers are responsible for any extra Import Duty/Tax that may arise from their order, also any orders being shipped overseas from UK paying customers

Payment

Full payment must be made in full prior to any items being dispatched.
We accept payment from credit cards using Paypal. Alternatively if paying by cheque please complete the order form and send back to us along with a cheque payable to Berkeley Fine Arts Ltd. Please do not send cash through the post.

Privacy

When ordering over the internet, Paypal is our secure payment service, and the only information passed onto us is the product selection and shipping information.
We do hold your name and email address to notify customers when new collections and special offers become available. The information held will not be passed onto any third party.

Returns

In the unlikely event you should need to return the prints or cards please contact us on the above telephone number or e-mail, and return within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
The purchase price of the returned item will be refunded in full. We do not refund returned postage costs.
